To access SP Mode (Service Program Mode) on the Ricoh MP 2501SP, follow these steps:

Make sure the machine is turned on and ready.

On the control panel keyboard press the following keys in sequence:
1 → 0 → 7 -
After pressing 107, press and hold the “C” (Clear) key for a few seconds.

The display will change and the Service Program (SP Mode) menu will appear.
